Career Launcher is career activation—a structured 12-month pathway. You work from Day 1, receive formal employment with salary from Month 4, and complete with full professional experience.
In-office (onsite). Early-career professionals need corporate environment exposure to build workplace discipline, face-to-face collaboration skills, and professional habits that remote work can’t provide at the career start.
Many students come from non-technical backgrounds (B.Com, B.Sc). The first 3 months build you from fundamentals to industry-readiness. If you clear our screening test, you have the required aptitude.
Very selective. We maintain small batch sizes for quality mentorship. The 1-week screening includes aptitude test (logical reasoning, communication, quantitative ability) and personal interview to assess commitment and fit.
